AMAZON has been slammed for delivering a knife like the one ordered by Southport killer Axel Rudakubana without any ID checks.

The Daily Star bought a 20cm Apollo Cerbera Stainless Steel Chef Knife for £1.70 and it was left outside the agreed address. The delivery driver did not see the customer or ask for any physical identification, despite "Bladed Article" and "AGE 18+" warnings on the box.
