CORRIE actor Colson Smith has a "disheartening" skin condition forcing him to wear long sleeves.
And the star is desperately hoping it isn't caused by an allergy to his favourite dishes at chicken restaurant Nando's.
Colson, who plays Craig Tinker on the ITV1 soap, said he has been suffering from chronic idiopathic urticaria - hives that appear on the body since the beginning of the year.
He says his latest outbreak occurred after a meal from the chicken chain, but he added doctors had told him "it happens for no reason"
The 24-year-old explained that the condition causes&nbsp;allergic reactions to many things and that he gets rashes all over his body without knowing what caused them or why.
He told Sofa Cinema Club podcast: "It only annoys me when it's on my face. It's a bit disheartening when it's on your face!"
An outbreak on Tuesday came hours before appearing on This Morning with Corrie co-star Jack P Shepherd. "Jack&nbsp;thinks it is Tangfastics, or Nando's, and I did have Nando's that day," said Colson.
The actor confessed to wearing long sleeves to cover up his rashes.
Doctors told him it would stop after six months but after this week's outbreak he said: "I was worried I was going to go on TV looking like I had lip filler!"&nbsp;
