Alice Ingman, 59, stayed trim until her mid-20s.
But while out shopping for work clothes and finding herself in the changing room &ldquo;surrounded by size 20 skirts that didn&rsquo;t fit&rdquo;, the mum-of-one said: &ldquo;I had to do something.&rdquo;
She added: &ldquo;My weight was really taking a toll on my health. I had terrible acid reflux, my legs would rub together and cause sores, and I&rsquo;d be completely out of breath after the most minimal physical activity.&rdquo;
