NATHAN JONES has warned Jacob Murphy that goading Southampton defender Duje Caleta-Car could come back to haunt him tonight.

Murphy cheekily waved off Caleta-Car after the Croatian had been red-carded in last week’s 1-0 Carabao Cup semi-final first-leg defeat.

Asked if the incident would fire his players up for the second leg, Saints boss Jones said: “I think it might. I have been in games where there has been a little bit of leftovers and a little bit of niggle and it sometimes comes back to bite you, so let’s hope it does.
