MAD Vlad has been accused of blowing up a Ukrainian Idam near a nuclear power plant leaving towns and villages submerged.
The 100ft hydroelectric dam collapsed yesterday, flooding a huge area around Nova Kakhovka in the south of the country.
Thousands of residents close to the Dnipro River were ordered to flee their homes as terrifying footage showed buildings being swept away.
The dam provides water to cool the nearby Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, which has six reactors.
Former British commander Colonel Hamish de BrettonGordon warned we could face "another Chernobyl" if the water levels that feeds the plant continue to drop.
"There is a lot of nuclear fuel in the reactors and it needs a lot of water to keep it cool," he said.
"It is absolutely careless, a terrorist act by a terrorist state.
"We have to keep our fingers crossed the plant doesn't go bang." But the International Atomic Energy Agency insisted there is no "immediate risk".
Both sides blame the other for the blast. Ukraine's president Zelensky, inset, said it confirms to the world that Putin's Russia "must be expelled from every corner of Ukrainian land".
