Matty O'Hagan has been the butt of his friends' jokes after Schofield's recent exit from This Morning.
The 61-year-old presenter left after admitting having an affair with a much younger male colleague on the ITV show.
Matty said: "I don't have any regrets about getting the tattoo.
"It has all been a madness to be honest. Phil and his colleague were both adults, so in that sense it was up to them.
"I don't agree with the age gap but that's just my opinion."
Matty, from Stockton-on-Tees, has Schofield's former co-star Holly Willoughby's face tattooed on his other cheek.
He first revealed his unique inks on Celebrity Juice in 2017 and says he has no plans to get the tatts removed.
