The song has been dropped from the legendary band's new greatest hits collection.
Music industry insiders fear the 1978 track - a tribute to bigger women - may be a "woke" casualty.
One said: "Nobody can work out why such a good-natured, fun song&nbsp;can't be acceptable in today's society. It is woke gone mad.
"Why not appreciate people of all shapes and sizes like society is saying we should, rather than get rid of it? It's outrageous."
The hit tune, written by Brian May, was left out when Universal Records announced it would be releasing&nbsp;a new version of the band's greatest hits album on Yoto, an audio platform for younger listeners.
The track was fourth on the band's original 1981 greatest hits album.
Its chorus, sung by Freddie Mercury, goes: "Fat-bottomed girls, you make the rockin' world go round".
