"It's a testament to the discipline, focus and determination he shows in all aspects of his life and work." The 43-year-old is known to be a fan of intermittent fasting a weight-loss technique that involves going without food for extended periods.
The aim is to boost calorie burning by inducing ketosis, a metabolic state that burns fat for energy.
According to a 2020 study by Harvard Medical School, intermittent fasting may improve disease resistance and enhance the body's defences against oxidative stress.
