Retired stuntman Andy Bradford says the generous star made time for everyone and loved flirting with all the women.
The 79-year-old worked with Roger, who died in 2017, on his seven Bond films including Octopussy.
He said: "Roger Moore talked to everybody.
"On the set, he talked to tea ladies, he knew their names, he'd talk to anybody, flirt with anybody, he was great."
Andy, inset, recalled once asking the Bond icon to read a fan letter from a disabled boy his mum taught.
Instead of just signing an autograph, Sir Roger asked Andy to give him some bullet casings which they had used on set.
The stuntman told the Really, 007! podcast: "He came back with a lovely cardboard letter and cardboard envelope and his picture. He'd scratched 007 into these bullets.
"Two days later he came up to me and said, 'Did he get it?' I said, 'Yeah, of course he did! "Tears came into his eyes and he folded the letter back and put it in the envelope and said, 'Do you know Andy, that's worth a week's salary to me.
