STRICKEN Michael Schumacher is at the centre of an alleged £12million blackmail plot involving a former bodyguard.The claims centre around 1,500 images, 200 videos and personal medical notes about the Formula 1 legend, who was left disabled after a skiing fall in 2013.Schumacher's ex-aide Markus Fritsche, 53, and two other men are accused of threatening to post the images and sensitive data on the dark web.Prosecutors in Germany say Fritsche recruited pal Yilmaz Tozturkan, 53, and his IT expert son Daniel Lins, 30, to extort the sum from the family.It is alleged ex-bodyguard put the confidential material on USB sticks and hard drives from the German's mansion after being told his employment was ending.The trio are accused of telling the Schumachers in June that they would release the material online if a ransom was not paid within a month. Their trial is due to start in Wuppertal, Germany, next month.Schumacher, 55, needs 24-hour care since the horrific accident on the slopes in France. He has not been seen in public since.
