He said: &ldquo;I don&rsquo;t think he was right to send them. The Prime Minister said the same.

Last night it was reported that while Thicko was Defence Secretary he told a senior civil servant to &ldquo;slit your throat&rdquo;&nbsp;and, on a separate occasion, to &ldquo;jump out of the window&rdquo;.

The latest criticism comes amid reports Thicko implied he would reveal details about an MP&rsquo;s private life when he was chief whip in 2016.

Mr Sunak indicated he will only consider Williamson&rsquo;s future after an &ldquo;independent complaints&nbsp;investigation&rdquo;.&nbsp;
