Cutting spaghetti with a knife is hated by over half, followed by refusing to share food &ndash; 52.1%.
A spokesperson for Bonusfinder,&nbsp;which ran the study, said: &ldquo;Adding ketchup&nbsp;to spaghetti is the ultimate offence to Italian cuisine, even surpassing pineapple on pizza.&rdquo;
