Cameroon trailed 3-1 and looked to be heading out until a breathtaking comeback inspired by supersub Vincent Aboubakar salvaged a point.

The striker scored a goal of the tournament contender with an audacious lobbed finish - reminiscent of Karel Poborsky's famous goal at Euro 96- then provided the assist for Eric Maxim ChoupoMoting's equaliser.

Song said: "Andre has now been left out for disciplinary reasons. It was something that had to happen and maybe it was the trigger we needed for this performance.
