Coastguard team members had to lower a rescuer on a rope &ndash; and deploy a few dog biscuits to lure the 40kg pooch so he could be&nbsp;lifted to safety near South Milton Sands, Devon.
A spokesperson for the Kingsbridge team said on Facebook: &ldquo;Due to the loose cliff face, we quickly set up for a rope rescue, and deployed a rope technician down to recover this gentle giant.
