TOTO WOLFF is daring to dream that Mercedes can cement their place back at Formula One's top table in the coming weeks.
For so long, the once-dominant Silver Arrows have toiled away with little reward - just one race win since 2021.
But Mercedes look to finally have genuine momentum and were contenders for victory in Montreal on Sunday.
George Russell started on pole and led for 20 laps but had to settle for third place as Max Verstappen won from Lando Norris. It was the team's first podium of 2024, while Lewis Hamilton also secured a season-best result one place behind his team-mate.
