Former presidents Donald Trump and Bill Clinton were also among those identified in the newly-unsealed papers, which do not allege any criminality by the two politicians.
Prince Andrew denies all allegations against him arising from his relationship with Epstein, a billionaire who killed himself in prison in 2019 while awaiting trial for sex trafficking.
The documents are part of a 2015 defamation case brought by Virginia Giuffre against Ghislaine Maxwell, the disgraced British socialite who was convicted of supplying Epstein with under-age girls. More documents in the case are expected to be released in the coming days.
Ms Giuffre said she was trafficked to Epstein's many properties including a private getaway in the US Virgin Islands to have sex with his associates. Prince Andrew denied meeting her and settled a lawsuit out of court in 2022.
Another alleged trafficking victim, Johanna Sjoberg, gave a May 2016 deposition related to the defamation case.
