A MUM has paid tribute to her ‘little bundle of joy’ who died after suffering from a severe heart condition.
Théo-Ben was just 10 months old when he tragically died due to Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS) – a birth defect which affects the normal blood flow through the heart.
Heartbroken mum Talour Greenwood welcomed the ‘little baby boy I always dreamed and wished for – my little best friend’ in November after fears she couldn’t become pregnant during her two-year relationship.
She said: “It didn’t feel real when I went for the scan and was told I was six weeks pregnant. I cried so hard. I wanted my own baby to love and cherish for as long as possible, it is something I dreamed and wished for.
“I always dreamed of having my own little boy and then found out during the gender reveal I got my little best friend.”
Now Talour and her partner, Ryan Sigley, 28, who has two other sons, Archéy-Ryan and Freddéy-Aaron, from a previous relationship, have had to say their goodbyes to him less than a year later
The grieving 26-year-old parent, from Tameside, said: “I feel lost. I feel like a massive part of me has been taken. I’m not me without him by my side.”
