Pc James Holt told his victim he had a 'sizeable package' before grabbing his manhood over his clothes, a court heard in September last year.
The victim was left feeling 'violated' following the incident, which happened while the pair were on a night out in Manchester city centre with fellow GMP trainees in April 2021.
Liverpool and Knowsley magistrates court was told how after 'having had far too much to drink, Holt told the officer&nbsp;he had a 'large penis! Holt, who joined the force in September 2020, then grabbed the man a second time, the court heard. The victim immediately felt 'violated' and 'uncomfortable' and told colleagues what had happened.
Holt was found guilty of sexual assault following a trial.
He was sentenced to a nine-month community order, ordered to take part in an alcohol abstinence programme and pay &pound;700 in costs as well as a &pound;95 victim surcharge.
Now he has been formally dismissed from the police force at a misconduct hearing at GMP headquarters. He has also been added to the College of Policing's Barred List. The former officer did&nbsp;not attend the hearing. During the trial, he was said to be 'remorseful' for his actions.
Following his dismissal, GMP's Chief&nbsp;Constable Stephen Watson said Holt made a 'catastrophic lapse of judgement' and said there was 'no justification for his actions.
