ANXIETY: SPURS A VARIETY OF PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS
Stress and anxiety can play a big role on the state of our wellbeing, and those who have suffered from anxiety or who have been through a traumatic experience can probably testify that they felt as though they were having a heart attack or stroke when they were having an anxiety or stress attack.
Constant trauma, pressure and irritation can have an impact on our day-to-day activities. The physical symptoms may appear quite frightening if one doesn't know what they signify, and may be a sign that the body needs to take a break and rest from the challenges of daily living.
Anxiety is more than just a feeling. As a result of the body's fight-or-flight response, it may contribute towards a wide variety of physical symptoms.
