The final of 128th Harris Shield opening ceremony and toss took place at the iconic Brabourne Stadium, CCI in Mumbai where celebrity Bollywood actor Boman Irani graced the occasion as Chief Guest, along with MCA office bearers, Apex Council Members, and selectors. Several former Mumbai stalwarts who have played the game in maidans for the last 15-20 years and contributed immensely to cricket as players and coaches were felicitated by Boman Irani (pic, right) and MSSA Cricket Secretary Nadim Memon (pic, left). SG-MSSA T-shirts and caps were given to every young cricketer. This is an 80-80, 40-40 format to be played across three days. For the very first time, SG balls are being used.
