With the 2036 Olympics on the horizon, various states in India are gearing up to enhance their sports infrastructure to prepare the next generation of athletes. Gujarat, in particular, has been active in building new stadiums and sports facilities. VNSGU's decision to focus on weightlifting and powerlifting is a part of this broader national effort to strengthen India's sporting capabilities.
