THE inspirational boss of Plymouth-based creative enterprise the Real Ideas Organisation (REO) has been honoured with the MBE.
Lindsey Hall, 63, from Downderry in Cornwall, receives her honour for services to Social Enterprise and to the community in Cornwall and Plymouth.
Lindsey has grown RIO from a single CIC with just 6 staff to a CIC Group with around 100 people and a turnover of £5m.
Lindsey co-founded RIO in 2007 with the mission to "take forward creative change-making and apply it in a wider context".
