DRONE TARGETS ISRAEL PM AS 50 KILLED IN GAZA

THE home of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was targeted in a drone attack yesterday as his army was reported to have killed more than 50 people in Gaza.

Israel's military said 180 projectiles were sent from Lebanon the day after Hamas ally Hezbollah warned it planned to launch more guided missiles and exploding drones.

They included three "unmanned aerial vehicles" heading for the PM's residence in the city of Caesarea.

The Israel Defence Forces added: "Two of the aircraft were intercepted.

Another aircraft hit a building in Caesarea, no injuries." Neither Mr Netanyahu nor his wife, Sara, were said to be there at the time.
