CHEF Heston Blumenthal has criticised businesses for failing to support people with bipolar disorder.
The star, who was recently diagnosed with the mental health condition, hit out as shock figures revealed nearly a third of sufferers have experienced discrimination at work.
Some 32% told a Bipolar UK survey that they struggled to find a job due to stigma attached to the condition and 24% did not tell their bosses they had it for fear of being sacked.
