THOUSANDS of the lowest-paid hospital workers have been denied bonuses worth up to £3,800.
Staff hired by private firm Mitie have not received the one-off award - including a Covid bonus - given to most NHS workers in June.
It means workers including cleaners, porters and catering staff are left struggling to make ends meet on as little as £10.42 an hour.
