REBEKAH Vardy could face another legal fight after learning of a rival bid to cash in on her Wagatha Christie court case.

The wife of Leicester and former England striker Jamie trademarked the name last year after losing her libel action against fellow WAG Coleen Rooney.

Her goal was to brand kit like fashion and jewellery but now someone else wants to use the term.

Papers show Edinburgh businesswoman Tammie Ford McMillan has applied to the Intellectual Property Office to market "Wagatha Christie" to sell "tops (clothing)".
