New Delhi: For the cyber police team in Shahdara district, Wednesday was just another day. The cops were handling the complainants in their office on the third floor of the Shahdara police station. Then, between 12.30pm and 12.50pm, 28-year-old Bharat Bhati entered the police station, started arguing with the personnel at the reception and whipped out a knife to go on a stabbing spree.
Speaking to TOI, an injured policeman said that everyone thought Bhati was a complainant and asked him about his grievances. Instead, the man started abusing them. "He started shouting that policemen did not do their work properly, that they did not handle cases well," the eyewitness said.
