New Delhi: The vaccination drive against Covid-19 has reached yet another milestone with Delhi becoming the only Indian city to administer more than 3.5 crore cumulative doses. It is also 19th among all states and Union Territories to have crossed this figure.
The total number of vaccine doses administered in Delhi on June 30 stood at 3,50,31,791, including 1,40,56,975 (95%) adult beneficiaries who were fully vaccinated.
On Friday, 813 fresh cases were reported with a positivity rate of 5.3%, while three more people succumbed to the viral disease.
This is the second consecutive day when the daily case count has been in the range of 800-1,000. The caseload has now climbed to 19,35,687 and the death toll increased to 26,264. The fresh cases on Friday came out of 15,339 tests conducted the previous day.
