New Delhi: Lack of universal consensus on laws regarding cybercrimes, weak control mechanisms of social media platforms and their misuse by terrorist and extremist groups, dark web and the threats posed by cryptocurrency will be among the issues taken up during a two-day international ministerial conference on countering terror financing, beginning here on Friday.
