These states of low and high vibrations are associated with negative and positive emotions respectively. These states often also help us to match our 'vibes' with specific people who express positive or negative emotions.
The law of vibration is a universal principle which states that everything in the universe is in a constant state of vibration. This principle of quantum physics can be seen in action in our daily lives. Vibrations are kind of rhythms which may happen outside the body as in environmental or seasonal changes or tidal patters as well as inside our body like physiological rhythms. Such rhythms include our breathing heartbeat and circadian rhythms. These vibrations in our body are affected by way we think and behave. For instance, anxious thoughts release stress hormones like cortisol which may increase or decrease the heart rate. Apart from these, molecules inside the cells of our body also vibrate at nanoscales (1). So, different parts as well as molecules of our body are vibrating at their characteristic sonic signatures or optimal resonant frequency. These optimal vibrations can deviate in diseased or stressed states of body..
