Kumaon is a magical landscape, not just for the breathtaking view but the people of this landscape make some of the beautiful communities on the planet. Mountains bring such humility and the spiritual hotspots in the Kumaon valleys and its mountain tops are symbols. As a naturalist, I am humbled not just by the greatness of the mountains but the generosity and humility of the people here.
