For nearly 30 years, Chiva-Som Hua Hin, has been a trailblazer in holistic health and wellness. Their new menu, introduced in October, promises a venture into the best in Asian cuisine with a mind towards well-being.
New dishes served include a wellness-recipe Chiva-Som Siam Steamboat and a Pescatarian menu in the serene ambience of the Emerald Room, along with a new selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner menu and a Traditional Arabic and Islamic Medicine-inspired menu from its sister Zulal Wellness Resort, Qatar in Taste of Siam, its signature beachfront restaurant.
Executive Chef Sinchai Srivipa, the creative force behind these four new dining experiences and his talented team, promises that "with these revolutionary new culinary experiences for guests, we aim to blend time-honoured traditions with a modern focus on health.
