RailClone, made by iToo Software - who are the famous creators of Forest Pack - began as a simple plugin that let artists create copies of their models using parameters.

Suddenly it was possible, with the click of a few buttons, to replicate multiple objects around complex shapes while transforming them at the same time. It was an incredible step forward in the industry for creating complex scene setups in a fraction of the time.

A lot of time has passed since the birth of RailClone and over the years the development team has done a great job of advancing its capabilities despite it being a relatively straightforward and simple tool. The most recent set of releases, 5.2.x, has seen further improvements.
