What's it like?
Located in Brooklyn's Williamsburg, the Moxy fits right into the home of hipsters with colourful murals and 20-foot-high ceilings that nod to the area's affinity for warehouses.
Interiors by BASILE Studio Hospitality and Lightstone Design Studio are bold, with pointillist depictions of Williamsburg Bridge, a crossword-style graphic in the lift, and an arcade machine in the lobby.
Guests get a sense of the vibe as soon as they reach Bedford Avenue, with music played on the sidewalk.
Once you enter, the volume goes up a notch. A glass-walled facade provides a glimpse of the energy inside, while a Pop Art mural by D*Face stretches the length of the southern facade - depicting a woman in traffic exclaiming "Get me to the Moxy".
Nearby are indie bars, vintage shops and Domino Park.
