Regardless of the definition, leaders serve as catalysts for change, standing firm in their beliefs and commitments, and setting examples for others to follow. Leadership, with its strategic vision, plays a pivotal role in the advancement of nations and organisations alike. A strong leader guides their constituents towards success, elevating their country or organisation to the zenith of achievement.

Recent years have showcased the transformative power of leadership, exemplified by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, who has propelled India onto the global stage and fostered a sense of global unity with the G20 mantra of "One Earth, One Family, One Future." Dr Upasana Arora wholeheartedly aligns with this ethos, recognising the transformative impact of visionary leadership in shaping the trajectory of nations on the world stage.

As the Managing Director of Yashoda Super Speciality Hospitals, Dr. Upasana Arora has dedicated the past 23 years to the organisation, spearheading transformative initiatives since 2000. Under her leadership, Yashoda Super Speciality Hospitals achieved the distinction of becoming the First NABH Accredited Hospital in Ghaziabad in 2010.
