Keeping Your Dog Sane During The Festive Season

Good advice for the festive season, as well as other busy times in the year

The festive season usually encompasses celebratory events such as Christmas luncheons with family or a party for New Year’s. You might have people coming to stay. If your home is usually quiet and you’ve decided to have family and friends over, it brings with it a host of possible stressful situations for your dog. Changes in the dog’s home can be stressful, depending on how comfortable your dog is with people, children and noises, and we need to keep our furry friends safe from hazardous Christmas decorations as well. Remember that this advice also applies to any other busy time in your home – not just over the holidays.
