Instances like looting of trucks by mobs demanding food are some of the challenges that need to be dealt with immediately. Highlighting the lacuna in government distribution systems that are designed to ensure that the poor do not starve, the looting of trucks sounds like a dangerous development that could derail the movement of trucks as well as the rise of the economy.
