Setting The Benchmark
Over the 60 years of its existence, the institute has been acknowledged for its exemplary contributions to scholarship, practice and policy through distinctive teaching, high-quality research, nurturing future leaders, supporting industry, government, social enterprise and creating a progressive impact on society.

A Year of Innovation

Beginning the year on a strong note, the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad represented India in the FABLE consortium in January. The food, agriculture, biodiversity, land-use, and energy (FABLE) consortium mobilises top knowledge institutions from 20 countries to support the development of decision support tools and long-term pathways towards sustainable food and land-use systems.

“IIM Ahmedabad has earned the distinction of an institute of excellence in imparting education at par with global standards, creating knowledge through cutting-edge research and supporting policymaking in line with its mission of influencing business and societal advancement. The accomplishments of our faculty, alumni, and students are a testimony to our endeavours over 60 years of our journey. As a premier global management institute, we remain committed to upholding the rich legacy of the institution as we advance ahead,” says Errol D’Souza, Director, IIM Ahmedabad.
