The only person apart from Kareena Kapoor Khan who can say that she is actually the real Poo is the sweet pigtailed girl, who played young Poo in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. Malvika Raaj is all grown up now and is ready to face the arc lights once more. Movies are in her blood, as she’s the granddaughter of veteran actor Jagdish Raj, niece of actress Anita Raj, daughter of director Bobby Raaj and producer Reena Raaj. Her sister Sonakshi Raaj is a fashion designer. Malvika recently appeared as the female lead in the action film Squad. Directed by Nilesh Sahay, the film also marks the debut of Danny Denzongpa’s son Rinzing Denzongpa. Talking about how she got the role, Malvika recalls, “Nilesh came across my pictures through a common friend. He called my dad and met up with me. He just asked me if I was ready to take up the challenge. And I just love that. If you tell me to learn something new every single day, I’ll be more than excited. He took one audition and then called me to tell me that I’d been selected.”
