Cops in wealthy Puerto Rican suburb Dorado served the gay, 50-year-old singer, who has four kids with Swedish painter Jwan Yosef, with a temporary restraining order, banning him from contacting HIS accuser, who was not identified by authorities, by phone or in person.

According to court documents, Martin dated the man for seven months and couldn't handle it when the lover ended their romance two months ago.
