Conquers Everest after avalanche nearly kills him

TERRIFYING avalanches triggered by a massive 7.8 magnitude earthquake on Mount Everest — the tallest mountain in the world — took 19 lives at a single camp on the Nepalese peak’s deadliest day in 2015. But the disaster also left Colorado climber Jim Davidson and his team stranded at 20,000 feet!

After 40 harrowing hours, the group was rescued via helicopter — and Jim, now 58, bravely returned two years later to conquer the summit.
