Kourtney Kardashian, Beyoncé and Leonardo DiCaprio have all soaked up the sun in southern Italy, and if you’re keen to follow in their vacay footsteps, plus eat pizza and pasta without putting on any weight, there is a way!

Nothing beats exploring a country by walking, especially when you’re guided by an English and Italian-speaking local, who is insanely passionate about their beautiful country and all it has to offer. So I was very excited to sign up for an Exodus Travels walking tour through some of Italy’s most beautiful islands.

Arriving at the starting point in Naples, as eager as I was to see the city in all its glory, I must admit I was nervous to meet the group I’d spend the next eight days with – not to mention the fact that this was my first trip to Europe!
