 YOU can safely wager that if a bicycle is stolen in New Zealand it will make the front page of a community newspaper. It’s a country of peace and quiet where nothing spectacular happens all too often – unless the All Blacks lose on home soil.

The country does, however, have a rather long history in tattooing given the prevalence of its Maori and Pacific Islander communities, and while Gregory Paul McLaren (or Lucky Diamond Rich as he has come to be known) does not belong to either of the aforementioned groups, he certainly outrivals them in the inking department!
