Selecting a care home is one of the most important decisions anyone can make. But with the right planning in place, it can be a stress-free process
Understanding the type of care you need is an important first step in finding the right care home. There are several different types to consider, from residential care homes that offer round-the-clock care and support whilst encouraging people to lead independent lives, to those which provide specialist nursing or dementia care. If there is a strong possibility that you or your loved one may need greater levels of care in the future, it can be wise to choose a home where this extended care is possible.
