Vishwas Kini Reveals There Is Something Common Between Bhandari And Kareena Kapoor Khan

What kind of reactions are you getting?

Amazing, people are loving it. My Instagram is full. (Laughs) People from Delhi are sending me messages saying aise thodei hote hai Delhi ke ladke. You have overdone it. Tum zyada hi kar rahe ho, zyada hi leechad ban gaye ho. There are also people on Instagram who are saying that’s exactly how Delhi guys are.

Any specific compliment that you remember?

I have been getting a lot of compliments for my smile. Most of the reactions were, “We don’t like him” initially but as the film ends, they are like, “We don’t know why we like him.”

You stood out in a film like Veere Di Wedding which has women in the central characters. Did you expect such a thing will happen?

I was praying for it honestly. During the costume trials, people would say ‘Who’s playing Bhandari?’ Standing out in this film, it was an added pressure and I had to do justice.

Did you do any kind of homework for the role?
