COOKING WITH THE STARS
TUESDAY, 8PM, ITV COOKERY
Get ready for temperatures to soar in the Cooking with the Stars kitchen as the epic battle of the frying pans enters its fourth week.
‘Now that the competition has started heating up, everybody wants to win!’ says Emma Willis, who co-hosts the ITV show with comedian Tom Allen.
Here, Emma, 46, and Tom, 39, talk twists, top tasting tips and the need to wear Spanx...

TOM They are all competitive. Even the most laid-back sweet ones are silent assassins!
Are the celebs’ professional- chef partners getting equally ambitious?
