Sandra Bullock’s four-year ordeal at the hands of a deranged stalker has finally come to an end – albeit in tragic circumstances.

The 53-year-old Oscar winner is said to be reeling with shock after obsessed fan Joshua James Corbett was found dead in his home last Wednesday following a five-hour stand-off with police.

“Obviously, this is tragic news, so she’s very upset. But at the same time, there’s a huge sense of relief that she no longer has to worry about him tracking her down and putting her or the children’s lives in danger,” an insider tells Woman’s Day exclusively.
