Alisha is really healthy. The 29-year-old does Pilates four times a week and walks for an hour every day. She’s into superfoods. Each morning starts with a smoothie bowl packed with greens, coconut, yogurt, berries and almond butter, topped with shredded coconut and cashews. Mid-morning, she’ll have a bullet-proof coffee (made with grass-fed coconut oil, no milk) and a bliss ball. Lunch is a salad, followed by a fruit and veg-packed juice. Dinner is fresh fish and veggies, and for dessert, Alisha makes her own raw vegan brownie.
