The answers come too...they are always there. We just need to train our hearts to listen and T our soul to feel. But the subtle voice of the heart often gets drowned in the pool of our fears and the cacophony of the city life. It is these fears that have to be conquered and this is a battle, best won in silence. There is an ardent need to shut out the outside noises. The phone, the mails, the door bells, the knocking, the chatter. There! Now that you've shut out everything, something still feels unsettled. The rustling is still there..the air still does not really feel calm. Well, that's because everything is energy and vibration. And everything absorbs energy & vibrations. So long after people have left, the vibrations of all the mindless chatter, gossip, the thought processes, the feelings (joy, anger, jealousey, happiness), everything is still lingering around and interfaring with your brain impulses. Hence, still a feeling of restlessness, of a lot of movement.
The way vibrations of chaos hit us, similarly there are small, pretty little things that have enormous capacity to bring us peace too.
