Please tell us a bit about yourself
I am from a small-town, Wilcox Saskatchewan, where community was the foundation. My father was a grain farmer and worked with the land his entire life. I love the earth literally and figuratively. Growing up in our community, everyone took care of one another and I think it is important that we all take care of each other and our planet. After leaving Wilcox and moving to Toronto I have spent my entire career in fashion, modelling and media. A lot of my time and heart is also dedicated to philanthropy. When I became a mother myself, it was like something internal was calling me to give back and I truly felt the responsibility to really get involved in any way that I can. I have been a World Vision ambassador for almost 18 years. This privilege has taken me all over the world It has been incredible and I am so inspired by every encounter. I also love to spend time with my family and my friends. Summer is one of my favorite times of the year because we spend a lot of time at the cottage up North in Muskoka. It is important to take a break, breathe and connect with nature. Fun facts- I love power walking, cilantro and lilies!

UNTTLD (Simon Belanger)
Luxurious, domineering, and vibrant – three words that solidly define UNTTLD’s incredible showcase of their F/W 2018 collection at Toronto Fashion Week. Adorned with black headdresses (or hats), the models that graced Yorkville Village’s runway flaunted boldcoloured velvet dresses and boss-lady outfits. Since 2011, designer duo Simon Belanger and Jose Manuel Jacques have been creating lux pieces that reflect on masculine feminity to emphasize the capabilities and desires of the modern woman. We had the opportunity to speak to Simon shortly after the show about their one-of-a-kind collection that is truly one to reminisce.
